- HEMSI—Coordinated emergency response across all jurisdictions for 24/7 life-saving services.
- Huntsville International Airport and Port of Huntsville—Serving 1.2M passengers annually, regional cargo and freight service across the region.
- Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA)—Powering nearly 10 million people across 7 states
- Huntsville Hospital Health System—14 hospitals, serving 1.3 patients across north Alabama.
Wiley Blankenship is a seasoned economic development and regional advocacy executive, best known for serving as President and CEO of the Coastal Alabama Partnership. For over more than a decade, he helped build Coastal Alabama Partnership into a powerful regional voice for Mobile and Baldwin Counties—championing infrastructure investment, tourism growth, workforce development, and cohesive government relations.
