YP Program

To serve as a catalyst for young leaders through collaboration, training, and civic engagement.

The Huntsville Committee of 100 Young Professionals (YP) Program is made up of 60 emerging leaders, ages 22-40, in North Alabama committed to promoting and supporting our three pillars: long-term economic development, high-quality public education, and cooperative local government.  Membership is open to young leaders residing or working in Madison, Morgan, and Limestone Counties.  YP members can attend YP-specific events as well as all Committee of 100 events.

Applications and recruitment begin for the following year each fall.  Please check back at the appropriate time for additional information regarding selection and membership.
